AN OPINION ESSAY

Most people believe that playing sports is a distraction for studies, but it is not true.  In my opinion, sport is essential for the well-being of the human being, to be able to stay healthy.

Sport and physical exercise, in general, improve our life; When we do exercise our physical health improves, also our mental health since the brain is more oxygenated, and physical activity allows us to free ourselves from accumulated stress. Not only that, but it also increases self-esteem and how we see ourselves.

It is often said that sport is practiced only by people who have the talent to do it that is not true, perhaps not all of us have the same physical abilities, that is there are different sports that we can choose from according to our preferences and skill.

What I propose is that you identify a sport in which you are good and practice it, you do not have to do it every day or spend a lot of time, it is enough to do it three times a week for 30 or 40 minutes.

In conclusion, doing sports not only helps you with your physique, but it also helps you improve your mental functions so that your studies are simple.  It seems to me that is important to maintain a balance between the physical and the mental to be healthy.
